Guide accuracy depends on the complete component relationship

Post diameter, bushing fit, alignment, bearing configuration, lubrication, hardness, surface finish, and mating components must be considered together. JIS- or brand-referenced requirements require dimensional verification.

Planned product families

  • Stripper guide posts and bushings
  • Guide posts and guide bushings
  • Ball cages and bearing guide assemblies
  • Mold alignment components

MAT

Material Information

Material grades, hardness, treatment compatibility, and functional selection must be confirmed by product or drawing.

TOL

Tolerance Information

Dimensional, geometric, fit, and surface requirements are reviewed against function and inspection feasibility.

MFG

Manufacturing Process

Machining, grinding, heat treatment, surface treatment, and finishing are selected for the component requirement.

QC

Inspection Capability

Inspection points and documentation are defined around critical dimensions, geometry, material, and surface condition.

APP

Application Scenarios

Applications connect each component to its function in dies, molds, fixtures, automation, or industrial machinery.

Common questions about guide components

What information is required for a quotation?

Provide the product type or part number, drawing when available, material, tolerance, quantity, application, and target delivery requirement.

Can HESENT manufacture custom dimensions?

Custom dimensions can be evaluated from a drawing. Material, treatment, critical tolerance, quantity, and inspection requirements must be reviewed before quotation.

Can an existing component be evaluated for replacement?

HESENT can review a confirmed part number, drawing, or measured specification. Compatibility is not assumed and must be technically verified.

Are low-volume orders supported?

Prototype and low-volume requirements can be reviewed according to component type, process route, material availability, and setup requirements.
